etermining your membership fee is a three-step process: 1. Count the number of employees in your organization and multiply by $3.00 per employee.
2. Determine your organization’s base rate from the following list of categories.
3. Add the two numbers to calculate the membership fee. The maximum dues amount is $2,200 per year. The below fee structure is effective for join/renewal dates of 01/01/2012 through 12/31/2012.
