The Human Resources Forum (HR Forum) is a Chamber and MadisonWorks sponsored program by and for human resource employees in the county. The program is free and the participants meet quarterly to discuss topics such as "screening," "drugs in the workplace," "generations in the workforce," "wages and benefits," "incentivizing employees," etc. Meetings take place at hosting businesses around the county and often times include tours of those facilities.
The program is helpful to small business owners who, without an HR person or staff, deals with HR issues on their own.
