Determining your membership fee is a three-step process:
1. Count the number of employees in your organization and multiply by $3.00 per employee. 2. Determine your organization’s base rate from the following list of categories. 3. Add the two numbers to calculate the membership fee. The maximum dues amount is $2,000 per year. The below fee structure is effective for join/renewal dates of 01/01/2010 through 12/31/2010 Student (high school or college) | | $26.78 | | Agriculture | | $58.92 | | Individuals (non-business, retired individuals, elected officials) | | $58.92 | | Retail or Service Companies | up to 2 Employees | $117.83 | | 3 to 15 Employees | $162.82 | | 16 or More Employees | $194.96 | | Professional (accountants, attorneys, dentists, doctors, engineers, etc) | | $194.96 | | Non-Profit Organization, Educational Institutions & Schools | | $162.82 | | Medical Care Facilities (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, in-service care, etc.) | | $227.09 | | Industrial & Manufacturing | up to 25 Employees | $162.82 | | 26-100 Employees | $259.23 | | 101-200 Employees | $518.46 | | 201 or More Employees | Staff Quote | | Financial Institutions | With Deposits to 10 Million | $388.85 | | Deposits of 10 – 25 Million | $583.80 | | Deposits of 25 Million and Up | $777.69 | | Utility Companies | | $777.69 |
